College of New Caledonia students will be out trick or treating this Halloween in an effort to gather donations of non-perishable food for the student-run food bank.

College of New Caledonia students will be out trick or treating this Halloween in an effort to gather donations of non-perishable food for the student-run food bank.

"Many students undergo financial burden and debt while they work towards the post secondary education, services like the campus food bank are in place to help students succeed in their studies and to help them in times of need," said CNC students' union chairperson Laurel Lindstrom.

They'll be hitting the streets for two hours, starting at 4 p.m. Donations can also be dropped off at the CNCSU's headquarters, room 1-303 at CNC's Prince George campus, 3330-22nd Ave.
