From Prince George provincial court:
- Jamie John Guy Gaboury (born 1976) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation and breaching a release order. Gaboury was in custody for one day following his arrest.
- Michael James White (born 1982) was sentenced to 42 days in jail and one year probation time served for break and enter. White spent a total of 39 days in custody prior to sentencing.
- Brandon James Peters (born 1980) was sentenced to 18 months probation for break and enter.
- Narinder Singh Aulakh (born 1996) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.
- Lovepreet Singh Sandhu (born 1998) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.
- Rajveer Singh Sandhu (born 1999) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.
- Simranjeet Sandhu (born 1997) was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage.
- Matthew Alex Felix (born 1998) was sentenced to 22 days in jail and one year probation for breaching probation and uttering threats. Felix was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.
- Walter Charles Wilson (born 1990) was sentenced to 184 days in jail and to one year probation and was prohibited from driving for one year for dangerous driving and possessing stolen property over $5,000. Wilson was in custody for 16 days prior to sentencing.
- Alexander William Alexi (born 1993) was sentenced to 110 days in jail and one year probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for using an imitation firearm in committing an offence, to one day in jail for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, committed in Prince George and to time served for two counts of theft $5,000 or under and one count of uttering threats, committed in Quesnel. Alexi spent a total of 155 days in custody on the counts prior to sentencing.
- Joseph Patrick Courtoreille (born 1990) was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under. Courtoreille was in custody for 23 days prior to sentencing.
- Richard Durant Eye (born 1971) was fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving without reasonable consideration under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Janice Marie Severight (born 1992) was sentenced to nine months probation for possessing stolen property under $5,000.
- Paul Frank Alec Jr. (born 1988) was fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Colin Gordon Roger Mamela (born 1971) was sentenced to 18 months probation for resisting arrest.
- Ryan Wade Bazille (born 1980) was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation for possessing stolen property under $5,000 and mischief under $5,000 and prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,250 plus $338 in victim surcharges for two counts of driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Kane Anthony Crosfield (born 1990) was sentenced to 37 days in jail for possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose and uttering threats, to time served for resisting arrest and to one year probation on the counts. Crosfield was in custody for 13 days prior to sentencing.
- Ryan David McGibbon (born 1988) was sentenced to 18 months and 22 days in jail for possessing a prohibited or restricted firearm, to time served for possessing a firearm contrary to an order and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample on the counts. McKibbon was also prohibited from driving for one year for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code. McKibbon was in custody for 348 days prior to sentencing.
- Kevin Corey Roy (born 1992) was sentenced to 18 months probation for assault, committed in Prince George, and to one day in jail for breaching a release order, committed in Burns Lake. Roy was in custody for 27 days prior to sentencing.
- Brandy Sonia Wheeler (born 1982) was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to pay $124.78 in restitution for two counts of theft $5,000 or under.
- Rory Calvin Emery (born 1960) was sentenced to time served for assault and issued a one-year $500 recognizance after allegation of causing fear of injury or damage, committed in Fort St. James. Emery was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.
- Rebecca Adrienne Rose (born 1982) was sentenced to five days in jail and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under. Rose was in custody for one day prior to sentencing.
