Canada Revenue Agency has launched an appeal of last month's decision that allowed taxpayer Irvin Leroux to continue his lawsuit against the CRA, says the organization that's covering his legal costs.
"The CRA seems to think it can use an infinite amount of taxpayers' money to litigate individual taxpayers into submission," Canadian Constitution Foundation litigation director Karen Selick said in a press release issued Friday. "Canadians need to stand together and put an end to this kind of bullying."
