A day to remember indeed for RCMP in northern B.C.

On Wednesday (Nov. 11), Mounties from multiple jurisdictions teamed up to execute a warrant at a Vanderhoof home that led to a significant seizure and the eventual arrest of two men.

This included several drugs, such as suspected cocaine, psilocybin and marijuana, numerous firearms, other weapons and a ‘large sum of cash.’

The arrest was conducted by members of the Vanderhoof and Fraser Lake RCMP units, as well as help from Prince George’s Police Dog Services team.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call either Vanderhoof RCMP at 250-567-222 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
