The manager of a project in Surrey aimed at keeping youth out of gangs will be speaking at the gang summit and forum on Tuesday.

Rob Rai runs the Surrey Wrap Project, a three-year pilot youth gang intervention program that first started accepting youth nearly two years ago as a partnership between the Surrey school district, the Surrey RCMP and the BC Integrated Gang Task Force.
