Three big prizes remain for this year’s Dream Home lottery.
The house itself at 3955 Larisa Ct., worth more than $700,000; the second potential $150,000 jackpot and the last secondary prize, which someone could be floating away with this week.
The fourth and final early-bird draw is for a brand new inflatable boat and motor worth a combined $3,550, which one of the 10,999 sold-out ticket-holders will win at 6 p.m. on Friday (Nov. 20).
The winner will be picked at the Dream Home with deadline for tickets scheduled for 12 p.m. the same day.
NR Motors has donated the prize to the Prince George Hospice Society’s cause for 2020.
It includes a Mercury 240 Air Deck inflatable boat with a Mercury 4MH 4S motor, set to be perfect for fishing in the summer in and out the region.
This rounds out a grand total of more than $8,400 in early-bird prizes:
- Early bird #1 = Barb Osten and Valerie Sinclair, 50 additional 50/50 jackpot tickets
- Early bird #2 = Dean Martin, $2,400 patio furniture and barbeque set
- Early bird #3 = Arthur Carter, 50 additional 50/50 jackpot tickets
The Hospice Dream Home’s first 50/50 draw took place on Sept. 25 and saw Prince George Lauraine Biech walk away with $150,000.
As of Monday (Nov. 16), the second potential jackpot has reached more than $84,000.
The 2020 Dream Home is built in the Nechako View Subdivision, features five bedrooms plus an office, four bathrooms, five brand-new appliances and about 3,390 sq. ft. of spacious modern living.
The winners for the Dream Home and second 50/50 jackpot will both be drawn on Dec. 24.
