The Phoenix Transition House has a renovated play room for the children who will be staying with them, thanks to support from the Kiwanis Group.
A 16 bed resource for women and children who are leaving an abusive situation, the Phoenix House were chosen for the 2010 Kiwanis Club of Prince George Legacy Project, and were given more than $3,000.
