Gary James Brignall was fined $400 plus a $60 victim surcharge for possession of a controlled substance, committed in Quesnel.

Randoph Anton Keller was sentenced to 351 days in jail and two years probation for three counts of theft $5,000 or under. Keller has had three previous convictions for theft $5,000 or under.

October 27

Amanda Leslie Allan was sentenced to 110 days in jail and one year probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under.

Ashley Marie Pauley was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Reuben Edgar Ryan was prohibited from driving for three years and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while impaired and driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Prince Rupert.

Drew Richard Staub was prohibited from driving for one year and Fined $1,000 plus a $165 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

Jason David Collett was sentenced to 50 days in jail and three years probation for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, possession of a firearm contrary to an order, being in a dwelling-house without lawful, making harassing telephone calls and four counts of breach of an undertaking or a recognizance, spread over three separate incidents.

Nizam Mario Ali was fined $690 for driving without reasonable consideration for others under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Nelson Garcia Pinero was prohibited from driving for one year and fiined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Endako.

David Warren Girroir was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking.

Wesley Lee Green was sentenced to one year probation for assault and mischief $5,000 or under.

Norman Edward Linton was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving while impaired.

Eric Axel Robertson was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for failure to provide a breath sample.

October 25

Jeffrey Rink was sentenced to one day in jail for four counts of fraud over $5,000 for a series of offences committed in 2008. Rink had credit for 398 days time served prior to sentencing.
