John Mellencamp is bringing his No Better Than This Tour with special guests The Cowboy Junkies to CN Centre June 17.

Mellencamp transcends music styles, renowned for his catchy, populist brand of heartland rock. He's sold more than 40 million albums worldwide, with 22 Top 40 hits. He holds the record for the most tracks (seven) by a solo artist to hit number-one on the Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart, and has been nominated for 13 Grammy Awards, winning one.
Mellencamp is a founding member of Farm Aid that began 1985 with a concert in Champaign, Illinois to raise awareness about the loss of family farms and to raise funds to keep farm families on their land. The 26 Farm Aid concerts have raised more than $39 million to promote a strong and resilient family farm system of agriculture.
