Those working on the city's first mosque are in a race to beat the cold.
Progress on the building at the corner of 5th Avenue and Foothills Boulevard is going a bit slower than expected but is still moving ahead steadily, project manager Firas Mansour said Thursday, and he remains hopeful it will be enclosed before winter arrives.
