A chance to catch a glimpse of the northern lights from the outskirts of Prince George should last until Sunday night, says Prince George Astronomical Society president Maurice Sluka, thanks to a second "coronal mass ejection" from the sun in the last few days.
He suggests driving north of town as far as Salmon Valley to get the best views.
