The City of Prince George hosted an event to honour the community's volunteers on Wednesday, Sept. 11, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Canada Games Plaza.
This event featured performances by local favourites YXS and the Chris Goodwin Band.
There was also food, treats and exclusive Mr. PG swag.
"We, the Prince George citizens want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers who make this city a vibrant and welcoming place to live. This event is a small way to show our appreciation for your tireless efforts," said Mayor Simon Yu.
