It wasn't quite the same as last year, but the LGBTQ community proudly paraded through the streets of Prince George this afternoon (July 4).

The PG Queer Cafe organized a car parade with four groups throughout the city and neighbourhoods. The COVID-19 conscious event was different than the usual massive pride party downtown.
There was also a 'PGQC Pride Jam for Youth' going on during the parade where local artists performed an online concert.
