Primetime Wrestling to return to the Civic Centre in February

Wrestlers to hit the ring on February 16, 17 at expanded venue

The growing popularity of wrestling in Prince George means Primetime Wrestling has relocated to an even bigger venue.

For the first time in 12 years, professional wrestling will be returning to the Prince George Civic Centre on February 16 and 17.

Primetime Wrestling has also confirmed a contract for ten action-packed nights at the Civic Centre throughout 2024.

“The overwhelming support from the fans of Prince George and the surrounding areas has been incredible,” said CEO Davy Greenless.

"Having already outgrown two local venues, we are thrilled to establish a long-standing partnership with the Civic Centre, promising even grander and more exciting events in the upcoming year.”

Primetime has raised over $13,000 for local Prince George charities in the past year.

“With support from our sponsors, community advocates, and wrestling enthusiasts, our goal is to contribute a portion of proceeds along with 50/50 ticket sales, to aid those in need within our community,” said Greenlees. “Additionally, we work diligently to secure ticket sponsors for each show, ensuring that groups like Big Brothers, AimHi, and the Foster Parents Association can also enjoy our events.”

As Primetime seeks sponsors for the February events, they invite input from sponsors to choose a deserving charity.

“2024 will mark another year of growth for Primetime. We eagerly anticipate revealing more partnerships and community support in the coming weeks that will solidify our live events as a Prince George staple for affordable family entertainment,” said Greenless.

Advance tickets will be available soon.
