The Prince George Cougars will be on national TV this Friday night.
The team’s road game against the Vancouver Giants in Langley will be televised nationally on TSN, starting at 7:30 p.m.
Before that, the Cougars play at home tonight (7 p.m.) against the Portland Winterhawks.
On Monday afternoon, the Cougars beat Portland 1-0 in an afternoon game that saw no scoring through three periods and overtime. It took seven rounds of the shootout before Zac Funk scored for the win.
Tyler Brennan notched the shutout for the Cougars, his seventh win in his last eight starts.
