Prince George gets some new local dining options

The city’s local restaurant scene sees a few newcomers

A few new local dining options have opened up in Prince George this month.

There’s now a new restaurant called Mulino’s Kitchen operating in the Victoria Street building which used to house Cimo Mediterranean Grill, a long-time Prince George eatery that closed in January.

Mulino Kitchen opened on June 6 and serves Italian inspired dishes and craft cocktails.

Residents on the Hart Highway also now have two new local eateries to try out.

Queen of Harts serves breakfast, brunch as well dinner options with Greek, Italian and Indian inspired dishes. It has opened its doors at 6545 next to the Nechako Branch of the Prince George Public Library.

Then down the road at 7347 John Hart Highway is Ray’s Burger Barn, which as the name indicates, is serving a selection of classic burgers and fries options.
