A proposal to subdivide 2.8 hectares at 779 Foreman Road into three new lots was advanced to the public hearing stage during Monday night's city council meeting.
Currently, a single-family dwelling is situated on the property's southeast corner.
The applicants, Brad and Marina Meldrum, want to rezone the site to AR3: Rural Residential from AR2: Rural Residential, to permit a single detached house on each newly-created lot.
