The Prince George RCMP detachment took some time Saturday to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the building by throwing a block party on Fifth Avenue.
With booths showcasing RCMP services as well a food trucks offering a variety of dishes the party goers enjoyed Saturday's warm weather as well as the chance to get to know some of the officers that serve the city.
Attendees also had a chance to explore a police cruiser and a recruitment booth was ready to share more information on a career in policing, while Safety Bear and Mr. PG were both on hand to take pictures with their fans.
