The countdown is on for the Spruce Kings Show Home Lottery draw, with the deadline to get your name into the draw barrel being Wednesday at 10 p.m.
As of Tuesday morning there were only 1,399 tickets remaining out of a total of 14,000.
The draw date for the $850,000 house is Friday at noon and the actual draw will take place at the house location in the Aberdeen Glen subdivision at 2958 Links Dr. The grand prize includes all furnishings, appliances and TV.
Tickets are $125 each.
The lottery is biggest annual fundraiser for the community-owned Spruce Kings, accounting for more than half of the team’s annual operating budget, which ranks among the highest in the BC Hockey League due to the team’s travel costs.

On Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. you can buy tickets at Canadian Tire. They are also available at the show home today and Wednesday from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Tickets for the Spruce Kings Mega 50/50 Jackpot No. 2 are also on sale until May 14 at 10 p.m. The jackpot could reach $400,000 if it sells out, which would result in a $200,000 payday for the lucky winner. The current total is slightly more than $225,000.
Tickets are $25 each or five for $100.
