This year’s Spruce Kings Show Home is worth $880,000 and is located at 2834 Links Drive. The 1582 sq.ft. home was built by Hopson Construction.
The home features an open concept with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-car garage and comes fully furnished including appliances.
The house opens for the public to explore on Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and that continues each day except on Christmas Day until April 26, 2023.
The draw date for the grand prize is April 28 at noon. Last chance to purchase tickets if they don’t sell out first, is April 26, 2023 at 10 p.m.
There are three early bird prizes including a Mega 50/50 prize pack that includes 100 tickets, a year-long membership to Chinook Yoga and a $2,000 gift certificate to Central Builders.
There are a maximum of 12,000 tickets to be sold for the Spruce Kings Show Home and each ticket costs $125.
The Mega 50/50 also sees a maximum of 12,000 tickets sold for $25 each and the draw is Feb. 3, 2023, with tickets sales closing on Feb. 1 at 10 p.m. if they are not sold out by then.
