Tuesday’s low at Prince George Airport dipped down to -24.7 C, close to the record low of -27.2 C set in 1945. Our high yesterday was only -14.8 C. The Arctic cold front descended upon the city Sunday and we haven’t reached above -10 C since that day. Wednesday’s high reached -11.4 C and the low was -16 C.
The indoor Remembrance Day service starts at 9:15 a.m. at the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre, followed by a parade to the cenotaph which starts at 10:25 a.m.
