Another 44 lots in the fledgling University Heights neighbourhood will soon be on the market.
The finishing touches the subdivision's development should be completed by the end of this week, L&M Engineering Ltd.'s Jason Boyes said, and once it passes inspection it will be registered with the city.
The process should take a few weeks but once completed the lots will be on the block and will be snapped up quickly, said real estate agent Darcy Porsnuk, if the pace of sales for the first 19 lots developed last year are anything to go by. All but two of those have been sold.
