Drive B.C. is reporting that Highway 97 is closed in both directions between Tudyah Lake Provincial Park and Kloss Road, which is 4 km south of Mackenzie Junction.
There is no detour available and an assessment is in progress. The estimated time of reopening is 10:00 p.m. and another update is expected around 5:30 p.m.

Highway 97 is closed in both directions approximately 120 km north of Prince George.
Drive B.C. says there was a vehicle incident between Poplar Point Road and Homewood Road, which is 1 km south of the community of McLeod Lake.The road is closed and a detour is not available. Drivers should watch for traffic control and there is an assessment currently in progress.
Drive B.C. says the estimated time of reopening is 9:00 p.m. and another update is due around 4:30 p.m.
