You can now tour the new Spruce Kings Show Home, albeit in a virtual setting.
Prince George videographer Trevor Moore has completed an inside look of the $670,000 home up for grabs in the 39th edition of the giveaway and fundraiser for the community-based hockey team.
It has since been published on social media for the public to see the Aberdeen Glen residence, complete with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office, a two-door garage and a vaulted ceiling.
A 360-degree 3-D walk-through tour is also available on the campaign’s website.
The 2,600 sq-ft. house, located at 2754 Links Drive, was completed by Hopson Construction and comes fully-furnished for the lucky winner on April 30, 2021.
As B.C. public health orders continue the ban on gatherings or any size indoors or outdoors, Spruce Kings Show Home organizers say they’ll keep monitoring the guidelines formally in effect until Feb. 5.
Those wishing to buy tickets for the Show Home and Mega 50/50 Jackpot draws are encouraged to buy tickets for the Show Home online or by calling 1-855-962-2926.
