Hosted by the Fraser Basin Council, a youth-oriented forum called Wild Salmon and You will be held on Saturday, Oct. 2 at the College of New Caledonia, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This uniquely-styled gathering is open to youth aged 16-24 and will give participants the chance to learn and speak about local sustainability issues while enjoying live music, live theatre, and a variety of skills workshops with peers from across the Upper Fraser region.
This event is free, meals are provided, and free same-day bus transportation is available from the communities of Williams Lake, Quesnel, Fraser Lake, Fort Fraser and Vanderhoof.
