Primetime Wrestling tryouts are on Saturday, May 13 in Prince George.

Primetime Wrestling is set for a show May 12 and 13 at the House of Ancestors and they’re also asking for people to sign up if they’d like a shot at becoming wrestling’s next superstar.

The two-hour in-ring session is lead by Primetime Wrestling’s heavyweight champion Vance Nevada, a 30-year veteran of the sport with a great record in Canada and the United States. He is credited with training and mentoring in the early careers of Kenny Omega (AEW) and the Bollywood Boyz (WWE).

Nevada has influenced more than three dozen wrestlers during their formative years. He’s got an eye for talent and offers a respected training style.

“It’s true, this sport is not for everyone,” Nevada said. “But the game has changed a lot and it’s not just about who is biggest and strongest. There are now a lot of opportunities for the faster more dynamic wrestlers. We’ve also seen tremendous expansion of opportunities for women in the sport over the last decade.”

Those who successfully past the tryout will be considered for admission into the upcoming Primetime Wrestling Academy that launches later this year.

The two-hour in the ring introduction seminar on Saturday, May 13 cost $100 to register. Reserve your spot by emailing [email protected].
