The City is right - move Mr. PG to the Civic Plaza Mr. PG represents the past and he should be retired. Leave Mr. PG where he is and the City should add signage to direct people to him. We should move Mr. PG to the casino side of the highest traffic corner north of Vancouver for better access. The City should have a second smaller Mr.PG for the Civic Plaza, and keep Mr. PG where he is.
